Depending on your requirements, there are several solutions available that will allow you to clear your emails, avoiding the issue of a full mailbox. We have outlined a few of the most popular solutions below.
With email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, you can set up a feature known as Automatic Archiving. This will search for any emails older than a specific age, such as 90 days, and will add these to a folder called "Archive". By doing this, you end up creating more space on your emails, which minimises and ultimately stops the risk of having a full mailbox.

Automatic Deletion of Emails
As with automatic archiving, email clients such as Microsoft Outlook also support the automatic deletion of emails. The emails that are deleted via this system are not stored within your deleted folder - they are permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved again.
Upgrade your emails
If you are unable to set up automatic archiving and do not want to delete any emails, you can contact our team to request a mailbox upgrade. This is an annual cost for each mailbox upgrade, which our team will quote you upon receiving your request.
